The usual ride this morning appeared to be too much of one YiiiPee for me!! Besides Captain Jimi & Me as the usual duo, today yes today morning we're happy to see Frank, Fr and also our new-comer Thomas flying in to participate~

Fantastic ride and what a great way to kick start weekends~ The ride took roughly around Taus and pratas for bfast on later... To keep fit & To see the places while passing by on our bikes, woooooh stresses were all carried away by the wind.......

Now this really gives the CREEPS....

I personally think that beside rating those cinema movies G, PG, M18, R21.... Our local poster should also kind of be rated. Just take a look at the bottom poster I seen at the bus-stop while I was waiting to cross the road after buying roti prata supper.

Almost scared the soul out of me, waah can't they just get anymore digusting than this man!! Ok, I get the point of representing the bads on smoking but this is really way off~ Way too off that while I was enjoying my prata, I dare not even look much at the curry as it resemble so much of the gum juice of that lady in the poster....

10 points for creativity, 10 points for gross, 10 points for point taken on bads on smoking and I discovered another full-points for this particular poster.......... Make a guess??

Help people to quit their supper which is good for health as this poster really had it all out to gross people off their supper table!!!

Being Paid A "Normal" Rate

I was reading through several articles, blogs, newspapers and some other forms of media in past few days and seems like everyone is revolving at the 1.2 million annual salary issues. If so happen you are in touch with the "1.2 million" articles recently, probably you will know what am I hinting at....

How many times you feel you are underpaid, getting paid soooo little for those plenty of hours spent in that small cubicle of your's? Or perhaps you are those who always hit around interested in how much your fellow friends are earning? Or or you are those day in day out telling yourself if I was to study banking or law or medicine or whatever whatever, my pay will be higher than now? Somehow not matter how much you ponder on, and no matter in what direction you look at it, you in most of the time feeling YOU ARE UNDERPAID?

Comparison of earnings have always being with us since young as kid. Remember the times you were primary one in the canteen, you see kids spending at the snack stores while you dug into your pocket finding there's only 10cents left & cannot do anything with it one. Till it gets older when you're in for University internship, people will fight all means to get into those well-pay companies.... Then came working society, some OT till face turn green to fetch a handsome 4~5k for fresh grads, while some complain till siao that OT no OT-pay & somemore taxi need to wait till after 11.30pm can claim.

So here's some ways for you to really try to get more $$$ into your tiny pocket:

• If so happen your company pays you for OT, work till legs numb, face turn purple, cough like siao.... Then sure about a fat fat 5k every month!!
• Take on more roles, after normal work go drive taxi if your age is reached, do part-time at pubs or clubs, or even as night time cleaners at those large buildings. Meaning sleep lesser~
• Find a super rich girl / boy.... Get married and owns whatsoever she/he owns!
• Do things like side-lines, shares investing, or even ~~~~
  
  
  

Oh my Journal......

Sent.......... (my msn sounded~)

I quickly open the file and saw my name on it, my very first journal published. Well, although it took awhile to see this but no matter what it still went through. I was so happy and proud and this piece of news completely lift me out from Blue Monday~

This is so cool, now how many people can actually do their paper & have it published being just one simple undergraduate, someone like me... Boy am I going to frame this up!! After being through alot of tough times during the FYP, this had definately paid off well....

No no any prize money but just my tiny name ontop on that front page, of course still have some other names lah. I was wondering if this would have come much earlier, I might well do my PHD instead of working there now~ Or perhaps this will make my resume looks more prettier enough to land me into somewhere more fantastic, & well-paid?? But no matter what, I at least have one more thing to talk about to my grandchildrens when I am OLD...............

Morning was fantastic!! And nothing makes it better than to ride off into the wilds together with friends. One final toilet break before we pedal on and everyone grabs the chance. Since I had no water to release, I stay put to snap a picture before buzzing~

10Am~11.30Am

"Errr where's Allan huh?" I asked. "Dunno le??? Maybe he ganna caught by monkeys from the wilds" replied Tze L. Now this is really getting funny as Allan is MIA for almost pretty long, I quickly turned my way round to look back for him~ Geex, within a minute of ride I saw him sitting down under the beautiful shade of the busstop.

"FLAT tyre Brian~~~" screamed Allan

Wah lau, we were almost reaching our destination, Goat Farm and Dragon Fruit Farm le... Come this flat really put one man behind. Now the concern is not about reaching the farms but was getting out of that stupid place. No buses wanted to load Allan + bike one but heng!!! one good auntie driving a lorry decided to stop down and lombang him to the SHELL at BL.

(Haha~ Only two made it to farm)

Well since one is down, we still can bring the other one to the Goat Farm. Me and Tze L rode off quickly and hahaha only two made it there!! We never forget Allan la~ Drank our chilled milk and we Da Bao another bottle of cocoa milk (goat) for Allan, waiting desperately for us at the SHELL station.

12Noon ~ .........

Finally met up with Allan and FINALLY also the [Presentation of Goat Milk] to him lol~ Later we carried on to mend the tyre + had our wonderful and well-deserevd lunch!!!! And till next time, the journey continues.................

TMNT Roxk!!

Nothing can goes better with a huge pack of LAY'S potato chips in hands and enjoy the TMNT movie~ Before the show starts, I have huge expectation for this classic makings of the oldies cartoon whereby sharing same era as Transformers, Swamp Thing, Robocop, Masks, GI Joe, etc. and this better be no stupid storyline and no no out-of-point creation. TO MY SATISFACTION, this making of TMNT is simply one cannot miss epic TMNT movie for me. Putting those high tech stuff animated turtles and sets, lets zoooom into the storyline and originality of the story.....

Shredder and other familiar villians are gone, with only some FOOT ninjas under command of one cute animated chick~ Overall the new villians were coolz and powerful and not too stupid although the fighting can be more. But on personal views, they can still touch up on the followings:

• Leo - Fantastic launch of him this time, especially the scene he drop off the plane.
• Don - Hmmm, only show him as one comp-call-tech-help dude, I wish to see more of his inventions one le~ But dun hav.....
• Mich - Cute and funny especially on his skate but he just pop up and gone the next minute, more feature please....
• Ralph - I guess the remaker of this movie likes Ralph the most!! Too many scenes of him le, but i LIKE cos I like him too~
• O Neil - One word, prettier than all I seen before.....

What do we have here?

An appreciation present for being a class rep organizing gatherings for grad-friends in my course! A completely nice gesture from NTU, well although the events I put together so far had never once involve them into NTU activities except sport-related ones, eg. National Vertical Marathon, and the upcoming Bike Rally 2007~

Really happy now as the pen itself is beautiful and it makes me extremely motivated to create more gatherings and events for my grad-friends but all along I have been doing it myself, so my next plan is to get a few on ones together with me and put a BIG gathering that not only invlove the POLYs but also the JCs~

Stay TUNE friends as I may be working out a big gathering that involves most of our MSE year grads.... But inorder to pull this off, I may need volunteers! Anyone???

Ponder Upon..........

Almost as usual, the clock rings in the morning to bring you up for another day work. Usual things happen next are all in one regular mode, simply press a button and your life runs along the track. Finished, just re-play it.

When it comes to pay-day, I often spend few dollars on one or two good dinners or getting myself a present for all days' hard work. But how come everytime I got to control this kind of budgeting lifestyle? Have you ever tell yourself that this month you have already spent alot, and to buy some more things, gotten wait till the following month-pay. Even when we are not talking about huge expensive things, and something as small as catching a few more movies, spending on another dinner at some resturants, or even travelling on a cab home. Geexz if you are one of this people, miserable don't you think?

Next, I'm 26 this year. How many things I can afford and how many things I can't. Believe it or not, here's a list of things one can really feel bad after answering yourself:

1. Got yourself a stinking job that never brings you anywhere in life.
2. No gf and bf at this age really bothers alot people.
3. Feeling regretful about current relationship yet cannot simply pull out of it.
4. All your hard earn money went to paying debt, errr nothing left.
5. ................ just makes me more miserable thus going to stop here!

Me & Allan vs 300 Spartans........ And more~

Phew..... thats for me and allan after almost 2hrs of non-stop battle with 300 Spartans. We were caught in this show which actually killings from the beginging to killing lasting to the end of the show~ Pure blood battle scene anywhere you goes baby!

Not too bad for a boyz movie, especially some nude pictures flashing awhile onscreen plus all those bloody fights that either chop off hands, legs and even heads came in. Errr definately not something that resemble 'Lord of Ring', somehow something like the 'Gladiator' type but more gruuuusome~


Later battling off the 300s, we went into another battle field once more! Just can't have enough of it huh for the both of us? It's the COMP FAIR 07..... Hahahaha, brought nothing ashit as most things out-of-stocks! The crowd oh the crowd, its simply hurting my head. Why is there such huge amount of ppl around there? While barely move abit ahead, I took the chance to take a picture here.

Oh gosh~ Sucks to be in this massive spot. Hey how come construction ah neh also found loithering around the laptop areas? Dun tell me they looking for laptops to msn folks back home? Nah!~ They were simply trying to touch / rub chicks along the fair and somemore taking leaflets from those show gers only wat....... Aiyo, favor them liao la~

Dirty Business...... Good Business

Dirty well not in way of (RA) nor something that breaks the law. Dirty simply meant been working in this line is not that clean, you will probably gets dirty and sweaty after a day's work compared heaven and earth apart with those sitting in the CBD area....


Today I made a business trip to M'sia, driving up with both my colleages for about 5 hours into this gigantic plant. It deals with raw dirty material from mother Earth and you don't have to do anything before you find yourself covered with tons of carbon black~ Gosh the big boss greeted us with a kind smile, together with his son. We had a huge lunch prior to the plant inspection / visit.

You will be simply amazed WTF it is profitable or blessed to deal with business that are dirty! Despite getting sweaty and dirty, else other is totally making one RICH!!!

Everyone knows I'm one fanatic person towards cycling. And many times in my life, I wish that people close to me can actually pick up cycling so we can all ride together. So I decided to kick off this campaign begining with my cousins! Two of them, just nice because that is the number of people I can supply them with bikes. (FYI: I got 5 bikes in my house).

I sort of want things to begin in a much smoother pace and first of all introducing some beautiful places that you can go with a bike. We gathered in that morning and after passing them their bikes, we moved on to our journey!


After the short and sweet ride along the park connector at jurong, I brought them to BT for one great late breakfast. Wahh, seems like things are moving in the right direction! Now after that heavy late breakfast, what beats more than bringing them to visit one of my fav. bike store along Bukit Timah Road. Prior to that, it seems to me that they really sweat alittle which I am afraid they might think cycling is too chicken feet and ain't no challenge, so I simply tossed the coin and flip it pointing to one of the greatest slope along that area and now they really sweat alot after that climb! Only if they pick their speed to catch up with me! (hao lian~)

& guess what, we ended the day of joy after visiting my fav bike store, which I also fixed one speedometer onto my bike~

But EVERYONE IS HOPPING WITH JOY AFTER THAT CLIMB!!!!

When I watch CNA...... Most of it is for

I enjoy watching news, especially the news reader is her~ A.C. has been on CNA for awhile and if you are someone who sort of seen CNA channel before, you are most likely to seen her. She has this big shining eyes, her hair is always styled in a sexy way & I do really enjoy her reading news on tv.


I think putting beautiful ladies to read news culture sort of kicks off in Japan. Then later if spread to say Korea and Taiwan, and not too few years back we started placing more quality girls on screen. Not only they are pretty, they are smart and funny too~ Now this really knocks off those remainings.

Oh yesterday went to borrow a new HK drama series on martial arts era. Titled [Face To Fate], about 30 episodes and somemore in canto~ Not too bad so far, least I can have something to watch after work. An entertainment to me soo...

Serves you curry, japanese curry on your table. Well the food is pretty interesting with nice smoothening backdrop & hmmm somehow the whole place looks Italian yet putting rice + curry into your mouth. Haha the price isn't cheapo kind and prepare to pay around 60++ for two just for main course and without drinks or cakes.


Ok lets see, kindo simple dishes hor, dun blame me since its my first time in there too~ But ambience still bugus! Nice spot to take a girl to apart from usual eatery in shopping mall or kopitiam yeh...
