Please do not push yourselves too hard this week as the real run is just the following Sunday. Do an average of 30-45 minutes of run, 3 times this week to keep the heart pumping at a consistant, and try to keep away from too much oily fried foods this week or else you might start to feel some choking feelings when you hit the 1 hour running...
Sleep well the night before and remember all things to bring along prepared the night before. Lastly, we'll suppoty each other to the finishing line.
