How to rid pain, well simply do something else (healthy methods) to cover it up~ A good way I came up is to cover it with greater pain, of course this doesn't implied doing something stupid but however I find that going on a endurance activity example cycling and running kind of works for me..... The pain in enduring the journey finish can relieved you from remembering those useless painful stuffs, and also makes you fitter!!
Simply doing a run up & down East Coast Park one fine morning can wash all your troubles away~ Because you will be too shack to even care about those troubles, hahaha~
Errr, I will be doing a East Coast FULL length run coming soon... Basically this is for my Triathlon training so just in case anyone will love to hop in partner me can feel free to sms / call me~
