Brianc '的' place

brianc culture states: Do not accept the roles that society foists on you. Re-create yourself by forging a new identity, one that commands attention and never bores the audience. Be the master of your own image rather than letting others define it for you. Incorporate dramatic devices into your public gestures & actions - your power will be enhanced & your character will seem larger than life.

Excuse me there, whats your value...? Ermmm got discount or free gift anot huh...?
Everyone has a invisible price tags on themselves, and it determines the how much they worth in this society. Although its very much saddening to catogorize a person into any item on the shelves, its almost true that we do see one another in terms of the value they worth~ let me elaborate....
The (inner thoughs) of some fellows in my school
  • Hey, he got tips to the exams, let be-friend him to dig out the tips~
  • Hey, he knew some contacts to that well-known MNC company, better tag with him for such opportunities~
  • Hey, he's a strong competitors in applying for the same job I do. Got tips dun let him know or you lookee (aka lost out in hokkien)~
  • Hey, he wun mind one lah... jus use his stuffs~

How many times in life when we approach someone in our environment having such style of thoughs in yourself? But to think back to the ancient days, people do often tag with those who can make their life easy, but there's a just thin line between "using" & "be-friending" SO the next time you approach someone, why not have a min to yourself whether you are putting a VALUE of him/her for purpose of getting close to them...

This article is written in vent of the author being rejected for a look at a namecard that his (so-call) friend got and this friend jus replied: " so sorry, its mine..." oooooooo! so darm pissed~
